Do I need to provide water or power?

We prefer to connect to your home's water tap and power outlet for the most efficient service, but if you live in an apartment complex or workplace without access, let us know in advance—we can arrange to bring our own supply.

Do you offer machine polishing / paint correction?

Currently, we specialize in high-quality maintenance washing, deep interior cleaning, and protective hand-waxing. We do not currently offer heavy machine compounding or deep scratch removal.

Do you clean heavily soiled interiors (e.g., dog hair, mud)?

Yes! We have specialized tools for extracting embedded pet hair and deep-cleaning muddy carpets. Please note that extreme cases of pet hair, mold, or biohazards may incur a surcharge, which we will always discuss with you before starting work.

How long will the wax/sealant protection last?

The premium hand wax used in our Premium Detail typically lasts 2-3 months depending on weather exposure. The Paint Sealant used in our Ultimate package can protect your car for up to 6 months.
