Do I need to be home when you mow?

Not at all! As long as we have access to the areas that need mowing and any pets are secured inside, we can complete the job. We'll even send you a photo of the finished lawn before we leave.

What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?

Mowing wet grass can damage the lawn and leave muddy tracks. If it rains heavily, we will contact you early in the morning to reschedule for the next available dry day at no extra cost.

What do you do with the grass clippings?

By default, we place all clippings into your council green bin. If your bin is full or you prefer it, we can use a mulching plug to finely chop the grass and return it to the soil as fertilizer. We do not haul away green waste in our vehicles.

Are you insured against property damage?

Yes, absolutely. While we take every precaution (like checking the lawn for rocks before mowing), accidents can happen. We carry $10,000,000 in Public Liability Insurance, meaning your property, windows, and vehicles are fully protected.
