To ensure we deliver the highest quality clean within the scheduled time, our Routine Housekeeping focuses purely on professional surface cleaning and sanitation.

Routine cleaning does NOT include: Washing dishes, doing laundry or ironing, cleaning the inside of refrigerators/microwaves (available as add-ons), organizing personal clutter, biohazard cleanup, or moving heavy furniture.

Do I need to be home for the cleaning?

Most of our regular clients provide us with a spare key or a lockbox code so they can return from work to a spotless house. If you prefer to be home, that's perfectly fine too!

How does your 100% Bond Back Guarantee work?

Our guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind while protecting our business from unfair claims. Here are the terms:

  • The property must be completely empty of furniture and personal items before we begin.
  • The guarantee covers only the cleaning items explicitly listed on our End of Lease checklist. It does not cover property damage (like stained carpets or chipped paint) caused during your tenancy.
  • If the real estate agent flags a cleaning issue, you must provide us with their official written exit report within 72 hours of the clean.
  • We will return to rectify the specific issues mentioned in the report free of charge.

Do you use harsh chemicals?

We prioritize eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products whenever possible, especially for routine housekeeping. However, for tough jobs like oven degreasing or heavy mold removal in bathrooms, we may need to use commercial-grade chemicals.

Can I customize my Routine Housekeeping checklist?

Absolutely. If you want us to skip the spare bedrooms and focus entirely on deep cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms one week, just let us know in advance. Your allotted time is yours to prioritize.
